Hotel, hotel, hotel! New Jersey’s best hotels and motels open in 2017

NEW JERSEY — For more than a century, New Jersey has been known for its beaches, sandy beaches and friendly hospitality.

But for many, the state is known more for its hotels and resorts, where the comforts of home are more important than the splendor of a beachfront.

And in 2017, as the summer sun set and the summer months drew to a close, there were more than 2,000 new hotels and hotel-related businesses opening across New Jersey.

The industry was a big hit.

And while there are now more than 10,000 of those hotels and other business ventures, there’s one big thing the industry is missing: affordable housing.

So the industry was on the rebound in 2017.

But now, it’s coming to a head.

As winter approaches, New York City, Washington and Las Vegas are looking to find ways to boost the economy and attract more businesses to the state.

While the industry has always been about the hotels, it hasn’t always been so welcoming to people who aren’t in hotels, according to Rachel Shafer, senior vice president of public affairs and government relations at New York’s Hotel Association.

Shafer said she has heard from more than 1,000 people who said they weren’t comfortable in a hotel or who didn’t feel comfortable staying at their hotel, especially in the warmer months.

She added that many people who don’t live in hotels also aren’t aware of what’s going on in New Jersey, which she called a “hotbed of tourism.”

New Jersey’s unemployment rate has been above 6 percent for about a year, according the most recent numbers available.

And according to the New Jersey Department of Business, Industry and Consumer Protection, hotel occupancy has been up by 5 percent during that time.

But the economy is still in a slow-growth phase, Shafer said.

Shafer and other industry officials say that the economy needs to grow and stay healthy to sustain this kind of economic growth, and that’s what the industry needs to do.

To make sure they’re successful, hotels need to keep the occupancy rate high.

Hotel occupancy is the number of people staying in a room, and the more people that are there, the more money they make, Shauer said.

Shaver said the hotels have to work to get their rooms filled, especially during the warmer season.

“If they’re not working, then they’re taking up a lot of rooms,” she said.

“And when you have people who have a lot to do and they don’t want to do it, you can get away with not working.”

Houses are the next big thing to make a dent in the industry, Shafer said.

She said the industry should get back to working on building more affordable housing and getting people to stay in their homes.

The New Jersey Housing Authority is launching a pilot program that will allow landlords to build up to 50 units in a single-family home, which is a small step toward affordable housing, but not enough for many people.

Shafer also said hotels need better communications with tenants and guests.

“The hotel lobby needs to have a more proactive presence,” she added.

“I think there are some really great ways to communicate and build relationships with tenants, but that also needs to be done in a way that’s respectful of their time, their needs, their desires.”

Hotel occupancy in New York in 2017New York City is home to more than 6,500 hotel- and motel-related business opportunities in the state, according data from the New York Times.

The state is also seeing some of the biggest growth in the hotel industry.

As the winter months drew closer, hotel and motel occupancy rates hit a record high, reaching a record-high 9 percent in December.

But that’s down from a peak of 15 percent in August.

But there’s also a big shift in the market.

While occupancy has increased a little, hotel room density has dropped.

The average room occupancy is down to 3.3 people per square foot, down from 4.1 people per sq. foot in January 2017.

The number of hotel rooms per square mile has also fallen, from 2.1 in January to 2.0 in December 2017.

Hotel rooms are a big draw in New England.

The majority of the states hotels, motels and hotels are located in Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, Connecticut and New York.

But in New Hampshire and New Jersey and Vermont, the market has shifted to attracting hotel-casualty operators and hotelier-restaurant operators.

“I think New Hampshire has a unique and unique market for hotel rooms,” Shafer explained.

“Because of its relatively high number of hotels and restaurants, New England is a good place for a lot people to come to, especially because of its beaches and its hospitality.

And also because of the fact that the
