Hotel Coronado’s Ritz-Carlton Hotel has $2.2M worth of property in the works

A former Marriott hotel on Laguna Beach’s south side is in the midst of a $2 million redevelopment that will add up to a total of about 50 hotel rooms, more than 10,000 square feet of retail and restaurants, and a restaurant.

The hotel has about 400 rooms, and has leased space at a number of properties, including one at the Laguna Park Marina in Laguna Niguel and another at the hotel at the Palomar Ranch in Lagunas Santa Cruz.

The first phase of the project is slated to open next year.

The hotel is expected to open in 2019.

The first phase is being led by the Downtown Laguna hotel, which also has a hotel at its headquarters on the Santa Cruz side.

The developer of the hotel, Guggenheim Partners, announced the hotel project on its website in August.

The company will develop a hotel in the city’s west side.

The project is being spearheaded by Gugenheim Partners’ partner, Real Estate Development Group, which has a history of development in Lagunsa.

The project is expected for completion in 2021.
