Clarity Hotel is a $3M renovation to Clarion Hotel in Dallas

Clarity, a Dallas-based boutique hotel and entertainment complex, announced on Monday it is moving into a $30 million renovation to its old hotel in Arlington, Texas.

The renovation will transform Clarion into a “modern, modern, modern” hotel.

The new hotel will include an entertainment center and meeting and conference rooms, with the Clarion Tower being the tallest building in the hotel.

This is the largest-ever expansion of Clarion’s footprint, according to the Clarions website.

The company says it will add 4,000 rooms, and open “a new restaurant” in the newly renovated hotel.

It will also expand its fitness and wellness services and host a new “fitness lounge.”

The hotel will open in late 2021, but Clarion says the renovation will start in 2021.

The hotel is expected to cost between $3 million and $5 million per floor, with occupancy expected to be around 70% to 75% of the original occupancy.

The Clarion building opened in 2001.

It was built as Clarion Towers, the first of two hotel towers built in the Dallas suburb.
